Our process

A defined scope, from assessment to finish.

01 · Assess

Review the condition

Document the affected surfaces, access requirements, and areas needing repair. Coordinate work around equipment operation and site needs.

02 · Prepare

Prepare the surfaces

Remove loose coatings, corrosion, and contaminants using preparation methods specified for the substrate and selected coating system.

03 · Restore

Repair and protect

Complete the agreed localized repairs and apply the specified protective coating system. Repair and coating selections depend on the assessment.

04 · Document

Review the finished work

Provide completion photos and project-specific maintenance information. Inspection and warranty options are defined in the proposal.

Plan around your facility

Clear scope. Practical scheduling.

We discuss containment, access, equipment downtime, surface preparation, and coating requirements before work begins. Where section loss or structural damage is identified, the repair scope must account for the required structural evaluation.
