Coated condenser coil and compressor assembly at Coolertech
Our coating capabilities

Small condensers. Large commercial units. Any size.

Our Pompano Beach facility and on-site services support equipment of any size. We plan access, handling, and the coating scope around each unit, including coils, cabinet interiors, bases, tubing, and other specified metal surfaces.

Coils and heat exchangers

Coating for condenser and evaporator coils, including copper-tube/aluminum-fin and microchannel heat exchangers where appropriate for the selected system.

Equipment surfaces

Coating scopes can include accessible cabinet interiors, bases, tubing, and related metal components, with sensitive components protected during application.

Preparation and application

Equipment review, cleaning, surface preparation, masking, and coating application tailored to the substrate and manufacturer’s requirements.

Our coating process

From taking it apart to putting it back together.

We manage each stage so the surfaces behind the panels receive the attention they need.

  1. 01

    Disassemble

Remove panels, fan assemblies, and other components as needed to reach the surfaces included in the coating scope.

  2. 02

    Clean

Remove oils, dirt, and other contaminants, then rinse and dry the surfaces before coating preparation.

  3. 03

    Prepare

Prepare surfaces for adhesion and mask electrical components, labels, connections, and other areas that must remain free of coating.

  4. 04

    Spray

Apply HereShield to the specified coils and equipment surfaces, following the manufacturer’s application and drying requirements.

  5. 05

    Reassemble

After the required drying time, remove masking, reinstall the components, and inspect the completed coating work.
